3/15/15 Recipe of the Week: Blueberry Salad

2 (3 oz.) Boxes Grape or Blackberry Gelatin
2 cups Boiling Water
1 (20 oz.) can Undrained Crushed Pineapple
1 (21 oz.) can Blueberry Pie Filling

Mix in pan the gelatin and boiling water until dissolved. Add undrained pineapple and blueberry and blueberry pie filling. Use a 2x9x13 pan. Stir and set aside.

Topping:
1 (8 oz.) Softened Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Nuts

Mix sour cream with cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. (Do not over beat) Spread on top of gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Best if made the day before.
