6/7/15 Recipe of the Week: Pear Salad
1 sm. Box Lime Jello
1 cup Pear Juice
1 cup Diced Pears
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
1 (8 oz.) Container Cool Whip
Heat jello in pear juice until dissolved. Allow to partially set. Beat cream cheese with a little milk to soften. Add to partially set jello. Stir in a cup diced pears and one 8 oz. container of cool whip.
