1/11/15 Recipe of the Week: Vegetable Salad
1 Cup French Cut Green Bean
1 Cup Peas
½ Cup Chopped Onion
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Can Shoe Peg (White) Corn Pimentos
½ Cup Salad Oil
Drain peas, green beans, white corn, and pimentos. Add chopped onions and celery.
Bring to boil: sugar, salad oil, and vinegar. Pour over vegetables and mix. Let set 12-24 hours.
